Introduction

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the 'Plenits' mobile application ("App") created by 'Plenits' ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Usage and Access

1.1. The 'Plenits' App is designed for users of all ages. It complies with the relevant age rating policies of the App Store (+4) and Google Play ('E').
1.2. No signup is required to use the App.
1.3. The App does not collect personal user data. It only collects anonymous usage data to improve the user experience and App performance. Refer to Privacy Policy for more information.
1.4. The App operates without requiring an internet connection, except for when making transactions related to the subscription plan through the App Store or Google Play.

Subscription Plan

2.1. The 'Plenits' App is available for free with limited features.
2.2. To unlock all features, a yearly subscription plan is available. Subscription payments will be managed through your App Store or Google Play account.
2.3. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
2.4. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on the App Store or Google Play after purchase.

About 'Plenits Premium' Subscription Paid Plan.

2.5. Plenits Premium is a subscription plan that unlocks all features of the 'Plenits' App:

  • 2.5.a) Unlock all stories
  • 2.5.b) Access to all sounds
  • 2.5.c) Phrase search available
  • 2.5.d) Edit and Share without restrictions
  • 2.5.e) Configure phrase playback
  • 2.5.f) Remove watermark when sharing

2.6. Plenits Premium is available for $30 (USD) per year period.
2.7. Plenits Premium is available for purchase both for Android and iOS versions.
2.8. The subscription is automatically renewed unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
2.9. If you switch to a different device, and you have an active subscription, Plenits will handle it automatically and restore your purchease.
  • 2.9.a) You can try to restore your active subscription manually under Subscription view.
  • 2.9.b) Rembember to have the same Apple ID or Google Play account to be able to restore your active subscription.
  • 2.9.c) Your Yearly subscription will be active for the complete year period, even if you cancel it.

Content and Restrictions

3.1. The 'Plenits' App does not contain any inappropriate or harmful content.
3.2. Users are prohibited from engaging in any activity that may compromise the security or integrity of the App.
3.3. The App and its content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Updates and Changes

4.1. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the App or any features at any time without prior notice.
4.2. Users will be notified of significant changes to these Terms via the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

5.1. The 'Plenits' App is provided "as is" without any warranties, either expressed or implied.
5.2. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

6.1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
